Calendar Posted on: February 27th, 2011

Download the demo of the up-coming DS game by Capcom, Okamiden for your Nintendo DS from the Nintendo Channel now! Yeah I’m telling you to.

Sequel to the highly under-rated Okami for the Wii, Okamiden follows the young wolf cub Chibiterasu as he battles a new evil force, that has drained his beloved homeland of it’s colour and vitality.

Team up with all manners of faces to form formidable fighting duos, even use the Celestial Brush to pause the gameworld and inscribe Japanese characters on the touch screen with the Stylus to activate special combat moves and solve environmental puzzles. Set in the awe-inspiring world of ancient Japan. This is a game to bemuse, enchant and challenge all rounded up with one furry pup. You can even try it for yourself via the Nintendo Channel on you Wii.

Follow these simple instructions to get your hands on this trial.
>1. Make sure your Wii is connected to the Internet and go to the Nintendo Channel. If you don’t have the Nintendo Channel yet you can download it for free from the Wii Shop Channel.
>2. Select the “DS Download Service” icon on the first screen of the Nintendo Channel.
>3. You’ll see a list of currently available demos from which you can select the Okamiden demo.
>4. Now turn the power ON on your Nintendo DS and select the option “DS Download Play” from the menu.
>5. Once your Nintendo DS has connected to your Wii console, you just need to accept the software download and you’re ready to play!
